Following postdoctoral training at Boston Children's Hospital / Harvard Medical School and the Methodist Research Institute at Indiana University, Dr. Jedinak built an impressive track record in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. He has held key scientific roles at companies including Phio Pharmaceuticals, Agenus Inc., and Pledge Therapeutics, contributing to programs spanning immunology, oncology, and metabolic diseases.
His expertise encompasses the full drug discovery continuum — from target identification and validation through preclinical development, with particular strength in in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo pharmacology. Dr. Jedinak has extensive hands-on experience with diverse therapeutic modalities including small molecules, biologics, antibodies, RNAi constructs, and gene therapy approaches.
